Guest Preacher - Steve Kang: Steve and his wife Sehee, along with their two daughters, Samantha (13) and Zoë (12), are missionaries to Taiwan with Mission to the World. Originally from California, they spent four years in East Asia before returning to the U.S. for seminary. Steve received an M.Div and Sehee a master’s in counseling. Newcomer’s Luncheon - 8/27, 12:45-14:00: If you are new to FPC in the last two months, come join us for food and fellowship. It is a great way to meet other new folks, and helps us get you connected to the life of the church. Lunch is on us! Meet us in the room at the end of the hallway from the sanctuary.

“Joining the Church: Next Step” - 9/3 & 9/10, 12:45-13:45: We encourage every person in our church to take the next step and become a member of the church. These two classes touch on FPC’s vision and four core values and will help you become more conversant about the gospel. The classes are required for those seeking membership, but you may also participate without seeking membership. We will meet in the room at the end of the hallway from the sanctuary. A simple lunch will be provided for a suggested donation of NT$50.

Children Promotional Sunday- 9/3: Parents, praise the Lord that our children are growing. On 9/3, all children who are of age will be promoted to the next class up. For those in the Nursery that are 2.5 years old can now join the Kindi class.
