5 Questions With...Elavarasan Munirathinam

1. How did you first get involved with Friendship Presbyterian? I was seeking a scholarship in order to do my research. I tried several countries, then I got a call letter from Taiwan. Once here, an Indian friend of mine introduced me to Friendship Presbyterian Church.
2. What do you do Monday through Saturday? Going to lab and doing research. My field is mechanistic investigation studies of CO2 reduction using in situ infrared spectroscopy.
3. What is something people might be surprised to learn about you? I am the first person of my village to go abroad for a PhD.
4. What do you find most challenging about being a Christian today? Living a holy life. Perfectly following the word of God is the most challenging thing.
5. What is one of your favorite books of the Bible, and why? Revelation. It reveals to us about God and Heaven.
