Renowned theologian and leader of Reformed Christianity, Dr. Sinclair Ferguson is coming to Friendship Presbyterian to deliver a week-long lecture series, free and open to the public,during the last week of November. Sponsored by China Reformed Theological Seminary (CRTS), the series will take an in-depth look at the biblical teaching on the ministry of the Holy Spirit from creation onwards. Please note, this will be a bilingual presentation, with line-by-line oral translation provided by CRTS honorary president, Dr. Luke Lu.
Dr. Sinclair Ferguson, a Scot, is one of the most renowned theologians and leaders of Reformed Christianity in the world. He has written approximately 30 books, and received his PhD from the University of Aberdeen. He has also served several churches, among them the Tron Church of Glasgow and First Presbyterian Church in Columbia, South Carolina. He has been a professor at Westminster, Reformed, and Redeemer Seminaries.
China Reformed Theological Seminary is sponsoring Dr. Ferguson's visits and he will be presenting at Friendship Presbyterian Church. He will be teaching in the 2nd floor sanctuary. Here is the schedule:
