Where and When?
We will meet at Da'an park at 7:45pm outside of exit 5. Stretch, get know people, quick talk about the weekly podcast, prayer and then group up accordingly to start exercising by 8pm. If you come a few minutes late, no worries just jump right into your exercise and meet up as you see us on the trail or after the podcast when we meet again to close. Once the podcast is finished then we will briefly meet back up at the starting point to stretch and discuss main points and connections from the talk. Total time should be about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes.
Who is this for?
It is open for all who want to get some weekly exercise and a real message of gospel truth. People who want to continue to create a fun and safe environment to help strengthen our community and get active to grow and share the name of Jesus.
What to bring?
Water, appropriate clothing for exercise, a device to help you listen to the podcast. If you don't have one, feel free to listen to it at home, but please still feel free to come join and get fit. And most importantly, bring yourself!
